Throughout her 8 years in the fitness industry, Cayley has played many roles. She has spent time as a personal trainer, collegiate strength and conditioning coach, a personal trainer educator, and a staff development manager. As a former collegiate basketball player and a record holding powerlifter, Cayley’s background is largely in athletic development. Although she also enjoys training special populations. Her drive comes from connecting with others and helping trainees find their confidence and inner strength.

Josh has been a fitness professional for the last 7 years. In that time, he has been a private sector strength and conditioning coach, a top-performing personal trainer and manager, an educator and mentor to many personal trainers and interns, and a performance director for numerous athlete-centered strength and conditioning facilities. Josh has experience with anything and everything, from prenatal and postpartum care to coaching high school athletes as they prepare for high-level DI careers. He specializes in getting the most out of whoever he is coaching.

In his 6 years in the fitness industry, Hendy has worked with all ranges of clientele in many different facets. Past experience as a personal trainer, boxing instructor, and athletic speed and development coach means that he is ready to help anyone meet their needs. A former athlete himself, Hendy enjoys working with youth athletes as well as helping those who are looking to make a lifestyle transformation.
An active member in the Eldersburg and Sykesville community, Hendy is a driving force behind a weekly walking group and interactive online challenges that hold his clients accountable to their goals. In his 4 years as a personal trainer and coach, Zach has gained a lot of experience through a variety of opportunities. While obtaining his B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Delaware, he worked as a personal trainer and a private sector strength and conditioning coach. After completing his degree in the spring of 2019, Zach began training full time, working with assorted populations, including athletes, powerlifters prepping for competitions, and personal training clients of all ages and abilities. His passion for fitness comes helping his trainees realize their true strength and improving their lives with research driven methods. He particularly enjoys working with powerlifters to perfect technique and all types and ages of athletes.

Following the completion of his B.S. in Exercise Science at Salisbury University, Logan has been personal training for the past 3 years. In that time, he has trained various levels of athletes and all types of general populations, from the youth to the elderly. Logan’s well-rounded experience and continuous desire to keep learning and growing allows him to connect with all groups of clientele. His enthusiasm for fitness is driven by the positive effects it has both mentally and physically. Logan enjoys helping clients gains confidence in themselves and aiding them in building a complete, whole, healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.

Luke has had a great passion for fitness since high school. He took that passion and began using it to better the lives of others nearly 4 years ago. Luke’s intention is to always provide clients with programs and training sessions designed to meet their needs. With a background and specific interest in nutrition, working with clients to establish their goals and creating and implementing a plan to achieve them is where Luke thrives. Luke works with all ranges of clientele, including youth athletes and couples trying to get fit together.

Since his time as a standout, multi-sport high school athlete, Jack has had a passion for exercise and performance. This passion led him to complete his B.S. in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland in May 2019. Since then, Jack has been growing his knowledge in the field and working toward becoming an elite level trainer and performance coach. With an invested interest in nutrition and its impact on public health, Jack’s forte is helping clients and athletes of all ages gain the knowledge they need to form a healthy lifestyle in an achievement driven atmosphere.

B.A. Kinesiology, Athletic Training Minor
Giuliana’s vested interest in fitness throughout high school led to her pursuit of her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from McDaniel College. While at McDaniel, Guilana was a member of the Women’s Lacrosse Team and gained experience in Athletic Training and Athletic Performance Coaching. Prior to graduating in May 2019, she also completed several high-level internships at various professional training facilities. Her passion for coaching comes from a desire to help trainees boost their confidence and achieve their fitness goals. While Giuliana loves training clients of all ages and backgrounds, from middle schoolers to masters athletes, she particularly enjoys teaching the competition lifts (snatch and clean and jerk).
