WE ARE HIRING!
MadLab Performance is currently hiring full-time performance coaches. We are looking for a coach who:
- A high level of passion for the industry.
- A strong skill set in developing interpersonal relationships.
- A growth mindset and a strong desire to develop your craft.
- Experience is preferred and special consideration will be given to applicants with a developed skill set in training athletes.
- Applicants who are already certified are preferred however, hire is not conditional upon certification. MadLab wants to hire strong candidates, regardless of certification status and we are willing to hire, train, and pay individuals that we feel are a great fit for the company. We do at least want someone working towards a nationally recognized certification before applying.
