This program is designed to improve work capacity and promote weight loss. Stick to this 3 day a week program and watch your body composition change! Over 12 weeks and 4 phases the workouts become progressively more advanced and difficult. Due to the challenging nature of this plan, it is recommended that you have at least minimal experience with strength training and following an exercise routine.

Designed to be time efficient, this program only requires dumbbells to complete. We address knee stability, pelvic tilt and core engagement, range of motion, and running-induced kyphosis.
